Here are the last of this months pictures. This last week has been a hard week to do. My Aunt past away on Thursday and my brother left for Iraq on Monday. But I have managed to complete the month. I hope that next month brings more interesting photo opportunities. There really hasn't been much to take pictures of this past month. The longer the month went the less I felt like there was to take a picture of. There was a lot of snow this month, but you can only take so many pictures of snow before it becomes boring. Ok, so here are the last of the photos for this month.
Jan 25 Rain Before the Snow: On Tuesday Jan 25th in the afternoon we had rain showers that eventually turned into more snow overnight, we got another 2 inches by morning.
Jan 26 Enough Snow Already: I cleared the snow off my van for the umpteenth time this winter. So I took a picture of it for my picture on Wednesday Jan 26 to remember my frustration.
Jan 27 Last of the Snow: I took this picture of the last of the snow melting away on Thursday.
Jan 28 Trip To Mississippi : I took a picture today on Jan 28th of the welcome to Mississippi sign as we traveled down from Tennessee for my Aunt's funeral.
Jan 29 Aunt Sally: Today was a very sad day; we laid my Aunt Sally to rest on Saturday Jan 29. I will miss her; she was a very good woman.
Jan 30 Back In Tennessee : On Sunday Jan 30th we were traveling back home from Mississippi and I took a picture of the flags at a rest stop as we entered back into Tennessee for my photo of the day
Jan 31 Serving Our Country Again: Today Jan 31st my brother went back to serve another tour in Iraq . We took this picture back in 2003 when he returned home from his last tour of duty over there. This is his 4 tour of duty in Iraq . I did not have a picture of him for today, but I wanted to honor this day for him.
I will be getting the scrapbook pages for these done as soon as possible so come back and check them out.
